Planning and Zoning Department

The Planning and Zoning Department administers, prepares and maintains the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision & Land Development Ordinance, provides enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance, coordinates with the code officials to ensure compliance of building permits, and provides staff support for the Planning Commission, Historical Commission, and Zoning Hearing Board.
